Cancellation of Orders:

You can cancel an order provided it has not yet been issued or enjoyed the service or scheduled. You will be refunded the amount already paid by the order.

To cancel your order please contact our services available through the contacts and await confirmation of cancellation of the same.

Returns:

After receiving your order if you want to return it, you may do so within a maximum of 14 days to shop at online or 7 days for purchases over the counter, and to this contact our services through our address e-mail or registered mail to the address below and indicate the details of your order.

Amendment or Cancellation with more than 24 hours in advance: no implications
