First Visit?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your 1st treatment, because you will be asked to complete a client form.

We seek to comply with the schedules of marking, by any delay in treatment reduced following treatment.

If you're late (a) to your appointment, your treatment can be shortened to end on time.

Markings and changes

To mark a voucher or ritual, just call or send an e-mail and indicate the ritual and the date and time desired.

If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Detailed information here.

If you will take advantage of a voucher, please bring it with you in order to be validated.

Before the Ritual

Before the ritual or therapy, please remove jewelry and personal items. Have at their disposal bathrobes, slippers, towel, disposable underwear and jewelry stores.

Mobile phones must not be connected within the Acqua Lisbon.

During the Ritual

During treatments, please let the therapist know if you are comfortable or not, too hot or too cold, the pressure is held too soft or strong.

If you have a particular injury or physical limitation, please explain and share with the therapist.

Feel free to talk or be silent during your treatment. Our staff will respect your wishes.
